片名和海報同樣很吸引, 但我只能在電腦上看, 完全缺少了大銀幕的那份壓迫感, 戰爭片一直都是我的最愛, 雷霆救兵還是我覺的最好的戰爭電影.

一套好的戰爭片意義重大, 要拍出戰爭的恐怖, 拍出當權者的自私, 拍出軍人的無奈, 拍出生離死別的痛, 由其荷里活電影能走遍全世界, 是一個多層面的反戰渠道, 故事及畫面可以令觀眾反思, 及至教育下一代戰爭的禍害.

在戰場, 死是一件平常不過的事, 無論你情願不情願, 無論你有多麼不捨得這個世界和至親, 都同樣沒有選擇的餘地, 不能退, 就只有一個方向, 向著炮彈衝!

雖然我們現在都比戰場上的軍人幸福, 在可以決定自己命運的今天, 我們又有否珍惜自己, 珍惜所有愛自己的人, 有否為自己選擇喜歡行的路, 過著開心快樂的日子?

包餃子

對於從來在香港都不下廚的我, 現在要努力學習, 從切蒜頭爆鑊, 番茄薯仔湯開始做起, 現在自製菜式都不少, 有蒜蓉雞, 蒜蓉豬, 蒜蓉牛, 蒜蓉菜, 而湯方面, 除有番茄薯仔湯外, 還有番茄椰菜湯, 薯仔椰菜湯, 和最好味的番茄薯仔椰菜湯, 短短時間有如此進步, 著實不簡單. 不進則退, 下一個目標就是洋蔥雞, 洋蔥豬, 洋蔥牛, 洋蔥菜, 而湯再可多注入雞蛋這原素, 從而有雞蛋番茄薯仔湯, 雞蛋薯仔椰菜湯................等等. 現在每天除工作外, 就只有兩個活動, 單車 + 煮飯, 雖然看似無聊但我卻慢慢習慣了起來, 安於平淡.

夫婦訪客 Chi & Sam 明天就要離開丹麥到西班牙繼續歐洲之旅, 大屋又回到了得我一個人的空間, 我想到時會有點不習慣放工回去沒有人在家的感覺, 這十天, 他們差不多每天都煮飯, 天天都有不同菜式, 咖喱雞, 生菜肉丸粥, 昨天吃了椰汁黑糯米做下午茶, 又三個人一起在廚房包餃子, 很利害, 這是我從沒想過會自己做, 而又實在比想像中簡單的菜.

2008

Hello, friends, wish you all the best in 2008!

It should be almost a month I haven’t update the blog and there should be 2 main reasons:

1. I moved to the new apartment on 16 Dec and I can’t get the internet access until early of Jan because there should be certain delay of receiving the modem from the service provider.

2. Quite busy and a little bit lazy, hehe!

Anyway, let’s start to share what I have done recently.

- Permanent address (Judithsvej 19, 1.th, 2900 Hellerup)

Finally I moved to the new apartment which is quite nice and quiet as it’s not located in the main street, 5mins walk to the train station, 15mins for riding bicycle to my office, good garden view and 10mins walk for supermarket. Actually, the apartment is 70m2 and seems more than enough for one person only.

- Language

The life is good and it’s not as difficult as expectation except the only problem of the language. Although 99% of the Danish people can speak fluent English, all the newspaper, TV, magazine, store, supermarket are using Danish, that’s fine. But just like I want to apply the internet service, the website of the largest telecom company of the country does not even provide the English version. So, I have to search the information and make my application with the dictionary at hand, quite interesting. And I think I’ll attend the Danish lesson later.

- Finland

Right after I received the key of the new apartment on Sunday morning on 16 Dec, I put everything there and had taken the noon flight for Finland in the same day. This is the first time I flied with SAS airline and the feeling is not bad. It takes about 1hr & 45mins to arrive the capital – Helsinki. When I left the airport terminal and arrived the taxi station, I can really feel the temperature should be much lower than Copenhagen. After I got a taxi, the driver told me it’s -2c and started to tell me he have been lived in Qingdao for last 10 years, back to Denmark because he have to consider the education of the children………and so on. He can’t stop even the taxi arrived the hotel after 40mins, hahaha!


The sunset is much earlier in Finland which is around 3pm. After I settled down in the hotel and then I immediately walked for the city centre but all the shops were closed because it’s almost 8pm. I can only take the McDonald for my dinner and tried to take the tram for my hotel. After the next day meeting, one of the colleagues is so nice and drove me around in the city and then I flied back to Denmark in the evening. So, it’s just a 1 night trip, too short!

- Birthday Box

The day after i back from Finland, it’s really a big surprise for me when I saw a box sitting on my desk in early Tue morning. When I opened it, I can find so many many snacks inside, all are my favourite.

Unfortunately, the birthday box seems a little bit later a week after my birthday because it have been hold by the custom. And, most important is all the cup noodles had gone. I’m just wondering how danger of it against the country or maybe too attractive for the staffs working in the cold midnight. Anyway, I love the gift.



- Cherry

She arrived on 21 Jan. It’s so great that I can pick her up at the airport and then sent her to my apartment even during the office hour on Friday. Actually, the jet lag is quite serious and she started to feel sleepy at around 7-8pm everyday just like the 1st week I’m here. Anyway, I’m so happy she spent 10 days here but unfortunately everywhere is closed for the holiday and we can’t walk in the whole day because of the cold weather as well. We visited a huge park in the countryside and IKEA to buy something for the home, treasured much the time we can cook and talk in the apartment and she left on 31st. So upset for us at the airport because she back and I have to stay.


- 3 x 30kgs Boxes

Cherry just packed everything and sent me 3 boxes before she left HKG, but bad luck only 2 of them had arrived during Cherry stayed at my home before the X’mas holiday, the last box is the most important which included the cooker and food…..etc. The post office normally will send the parcel to the address once only, mostly in office hour. If nobody answered, they will left a note and let you know to pick up from the post office. So, it should be the headache for me how to pick up the 30kgs box from the post office after the holiday, it’s too heavy and not possible to manage with the bicycle. I just keep thinking the solution and luckily I fixed it by using the big trolley of the supermarket and delivered to my home, so heavy!


- Snow

No white X’mas but the snow is coming right after Cherry left. Those couple of days before a heavy snow the temperature have been dropped to -2c to -4c with strong wind like the signal 8 in HKG, it would be quite hard to manage especially the guy who have to spend 15-20mins to ride the bicycle between the office and home each way like me. So, believe my health condition must be much better than before as I can do the regular exercise everyday with my bike and low temperature. Quite interesting to ride the bike while it’s snowing, of course I have to pay more attention on the road.


- Visitors

Yesterday I just spent a whole day to wash the apartment because 2 visitors arrived at evening from Sweden. Actually, it’s not the new visitors but just back to my home to stay again. So, at least I could talk to someone and suspend for talking to the wall as usual for the next 10days
